We want to express our appreciation for Yellofin’s guidance and assistance in helping us implement SureCheck, an automated task management and food safety solution. The SureCheck product, by Procurant, is new to us but has helped in the reopening and continued compliance with all of the new state reporting requirements. Their in-depth understanding of the product, custom development, commitment to learning and assisting casino operations was outstanding.
Both the Yellofin and SureCheck teams worked closely with our staff throughout the entire process providing stable and consistent support. Though there were several unexpected obstacles along the way, they continued to work and support us to achieve our goals.
Yellofin’s professionalism and commitment to helping us succeed was exemplary. As a result, we successfully implemented SureCheck across all of the P2E properties. We hope to continue to work with Yellofin utilizing some of their other dynamic partners and casino solutions for future projects.
As a result, we chose the SureCheck system and, with the help of their head developer, to build a COVID reporting system out of their food safety format. The task to build a system never before used is hard enough, but to change the scope every week based on the trends of the virus and ever changing CDC requirements makes it not only difficult but frustrating for the development staff.
Honestly, their lead developer was a consummate professional, he was patient and captured changes in every meeting. One of the things that troubles CIO’s in the constant change of scope. As scope changes happen and are communicated to the development staff, this generally results in only a portion of the changes captured, and we have to go back and reiterate the changes again, this never happened with Procurant.
We are currently using the system today, we have deployed all or some of the digital cleaning checklist modules in all departments, and have a session of “Positive Test” incident software on every department head workstation. The system has worked great, Procurant did a great job at training the users and providing a recorded training session for the employees that were returning from furlough, and quite honestly, we can’t say enough about the job they did, they were great!
